What clothing do you currently have and how will this purchase fit in? Most important, what do you expect of the clothing you are about to purchase. These are just a few questions that should be part of your visit. The answers to these questions will form a customer profile to help your clothing consultant understand YOUR preferences and needs.
Scrim Clothing keeps a detailed file on all its clients containing a history of all past purchases, noting sizes, colours, favorite manufacturers and particular preferences. Keeping in contact with my clients I let them know about new fashion items as well as upcoming promotions in the store. Sometimes my communication with my client is just to touch base and let them know that I am there if the need arises.
